1 About IEF & Our Services
Import Export Federation (IEF), operated by Ocius Export Pvt. Ltd., is an education and consulting organisation in international trade. Our services include:

- Import Export Training Program (online/ offline)
- EXIM Launchpad Program — 90-day export mentorship and handholding programme
- Export Readiness Assessments
- Business Advisory and Consulting
- Digital resources, templates and tools related to international trade
Important Declaration: IEF provides education, mentorship and consulting services only. IEF does not recommend specific products, buyers, banks, insurers or logistics providers. All business decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register for any IEF service
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law
- If registering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you are duly authorised to do so
- IEF reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion
- For the EXIM Launchpad programme, eligibility is subject to a screening process. Selection is at IEF’s sole discretion based on assessment criteria.
3 Registration & Enrolment Process
The standard service journey involves the following steps:
3.1 Outreach & Application
- Selected leads receive an outreach message with information about the service
- Candidates click on the form and submit their basic information if interested
- Candidates send message on waap, or make a call or send an email
- For EXIM Launchpad, interested candidates may submit an online application form with basic business information
3.2 Screening
- IEF reviews applications and shortlists candidates. Selection is not guaranteed.
- Shortlisted candidates are notified and invited to proceed with a screening fee payment
- A detailed business assessment form is shared upon payment
3.3 Assessment Call
- Selected candidates book a one-on-one consultation slot with the IEF mentor
- An in-depth assessment call is conducted by the IEF consulting team
- A customised EXIM Launchpad proposal is prepared for selected exporters only
3.4 Enrolment & Onboarding
- Client reviews the proposal and, upon agreement, completes the programme fee payment
- Client is formally onboarded and the 90-day engagement commences
4 Payments
4.1 Services
IEF offers the following services. Fees are communicated at the time of registration.
- Masterclass
- Online / Offline Training Program
- Consultation Session
- Assessment session
- EXIM Launchpad Programme
- Workshops and Webinars
4.2 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or any FCY through IEF’s official payment links only
- IEF is not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts or links not shared by IEF
- A valid transaction ID or receipt confirms your registration
- A GST invoice will be issued within 5 working days of payment
- For multi-instalment programmes, each phase commences only after receipt of the corresponding instalment
- Instalment arrangements, if agreed in writing, are governed by the terms stated in that agreement
5 Service Delivery
5.1 Masterclass, Training or Consultation Sessions
- Meeting mode (online/offline), duration and schedule are communicated separately after booking
- Please join on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, IEF may treat the session as attended.
- IEF reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unavoidable circumstances. An alternative slot will be provided.
5.2 Scope Disclaimer
IEF does not guarantee export orders, buyer commitments or specific revenue outcomes. IEF does not provide legal, banking, insurance or freight services. Results depend on market conditions, exporter capability and factors beyond IEF’s control.
6 Intellectual Property
- All IEF content — materials, frameworks, templates, videos, presentations and programme structure — is the intellectual property of IEF / Ocius Export Pvt. Ltd.
- Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use deliverables created specifically for them, for their own business purposes only
- You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share or distribute any IEF content without prior written permission
- Recording of any IEF session, call or webinar is strictly prohibited without express written consent
- Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of services without refund and legal action
7 Client Obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all stages
- Attend scheduled sessions on time and participate actively and in good faith
- Treat IEF team members and fellow participants with respect and professionalism
- Not misuse, resell or commercially exploit IEF’s proprietary materials or methods
- Not engage in any unlawful or unethical conduct in connection with IEF services
- Promptly inform IEF of any material change in business circumstances
IEF reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if a Client violates these obligations.
8 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
- IEF’s total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid by the Client for the relevant service
- IEF is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses including loss of business, revenue or opportunity
- IEF provides advice based on available information. Clients must independently verify all information before making decisions.
- IEF is not responsible for losses arising from a Client’s own business decisions
- India’s import-export policy and regulations change frequently. It is the Client’s responsibility to stay updated.
9 Modifications
- IEF reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any service at any time
- These Terms may be revised at any time. The revised version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.
- Continued use of IEF services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune District, Maharashtra, India
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion within 21 days of written notice
- If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at Pune
